Rebel Heifer was founded specifically to create meaningful change through art and action. That’s why 10% of every sale is automatically donated by Rebel Heifer to charities working tirelessly to make a difference in areas aligned with our mission. You will be offered the opportunity choose between splitting that donation equally between the following charities, or directing it to only one:

  • The ACLU
  • Brigid Alliance
  • The Young Center for Immigrant Children's Rights
  • Sandy Hook Promise
  • Every Mother Counts
  • National Women's Law Center

You'll also be asked at checkout if you'd like to round up to support other charities we have selected that support:

 

  • Reproductive rights and abortion access
  • Domestic violence prevention and support for survivors
  • Maternal health and safety
  • Gun violence prevention
  • Migrant and refugee families

    How Donations Are Processed

    Rebel Heifer's store is set up to ensure the donation process is seamless and transparent. Donations are processed directly through the Give & Grow app so that they are seamlessly integrated into each purchase, ensuring transparency and ease while supporting causes we deeply care about. The app ensures all donations are compliant with legal requirements and provides real-time impact tracking, so you can see the difference we’re making together. 

    What Happens to Remaining Funds?

    As a nonprofit organization, Rebel Heifer operates with the primary goal of supporting social causes, not generating profit for personal gain. Any funds that remain after covering costs—such as production, shipping, operational expenses, and the 10% donation to charities—are reinvested into the organization. This includes funding future designs, expanding our ability to create impact-driven art, improving our operations, and furthering our mission to support causes like reproductive rights, maternal health, and social justice. Being a nonprofit means every dollar we receive is directed toward making a positive difference and sustaining our work for change.
